Turns 13-16, Red lair garrison withering on the vine

I didn't bother with combat predictions in turns #13 or #14. The predicted casualties on turns #15 and #16 are still too high and I deemed I had enough time to wait.
Two things can be deduced from the strips of combat factors on turn #16: the terrain modifiers are those of the defender's hex (logical, really), the data panel is dynamic. These terrain (Airfield and Tropical Village) differ only in the amount of cover they provide (20% and 60%, respectively).
