Tutorial messages
Before the scenario even starts the counter for tutorial messages already stands at 25 (even if 17 of those are blurbs for "new" DLC).
Below are the 49 additional messages that show up triggered by and in context with an action while I played this scenario, ordered left to right and top to bottom.
The numbers inside black circles indicate which turn they appeared and I only numbered the first and last in the turn.

Some of the messages have a scroll bar on the right for when the text doesn't fit the window, I have edited the image so the full text is shown and if you look closely you can see the distortion on the bottom pixels of those messages.

It would be nice to have these messages available in some sort of in game encyclopedia after they were triggered, it's too easy to click "Close" before actually taking in the information conveyed. There are workarounds: reading the manual (doesn't include the actual tutorial messages but the information is there), taking screenshots or (most cumbersome) reset the tutorial history and replaying the mission(s).

Postscript
While fiddling around in parallel universes I casually clicked on a campaign icon other than the Boot Camp and this tutorial message popped up, bringing the count to 75 messages within the first scenario timeframe.

Technical note
I don't know if this is a thing or not but I'm keeping each post's images under 1 MB. This post contains the first twenty-four messages.
